âMinister, are you saying that you believe that the `harshness of the result' in the amendment moved by the Democrats is covered anyway in the rest of the section of the bill which describes the issues the court has to take into account? I refer you to page 6 of the bill going into page 7. You say that if the Democrats amendment is not included, the determination of the issue of the `harshness of the result'âand that is the result of the unconscionable conduct, the oppressive conduct of which the small business is complainingâis covered in the definitions in 51AC(3)(a) down to 51AC(3)(k). Is that your argument?
