. Endorsing a record increase in s trik e a c ti v i t y .

.Mr. Lynch said a double 'n o ' vote on December 8 would force the labor. Government in Canberra to make e f f ic ie n t use of the a n ti­ in fla tio n a ry powers i t already possessed.
