THE HON. GORDON BRYANT

VISIT TO ABORIGINAL SETTLEMENTS IN THE NORTHERN TERRITORY

The Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, the Hon. G, Bryant,

will leave Melbourne tomorrow for a three day visit of Aboriginal

settlements in and around Darwin and' at Goulburn Island. The Minister

has also arranged for talks with senior officers of his Department in

Darwin. Mr Bryant said today this was the $hird segment of his visit

to Aboriginal settlements throughout Australia to discuss Aboriginal

problems with Aboriginals themselves. '
