T h is w ould i n c l u d e s i x b a r r a c k b l o c k s f o r r e c r u i t s , a b a r r a c k

b l o c k f o r r a n k and f i l e p e rm a n e n t s t a f f , t r a i n f i r e r a n g e s , s t o r e s a n d

a s s o c i a t e d b u i l d i n g s , r e c r e a t i o n b l o c k , r a n k a n d f i l e m e s s, a d m in is t r a t i · :

a d d i t i o n a l b a r r a c k b l o c k s w h ic h w ould r a i s e ' t h e camp’ s maximum

r e c r u i t acco m m o d atio n t o 1200 w i t h o u t a n y f u r t h e r a d d i t i o n s t o s e r v i c e

Many im p ro v e m e n ts h a d b e e n made a t K ape oka camp i n t h e l a s t

d e c a d e , i n c l u d i n g some b y r e g i m e n t a l f u n d s a n d o t h e r s b y p u b l i c

a u t h o r i t i e s .

B u i l d i n g s i n c l u d e d a n e x c e l l e n t camp t h e a t r e , a c a n t e e n , 50

m a r r i e d q u a r t e r s a d j a c e n t t o t h e camp a r e a , a camp h o s p i t a l w i t h

a ccom m odation f o r 25 p a t i e n t s , a New S o u t h W ales E d u c a t i o n D e p a rtm e n t

p r i m a r y s c h o o l , a p r e - s c h o o l c e n t r e b u i l t fro m r e g i m e n t a l f u n d s .
