ARMY SUPPLY RE-ORGANISATION IN FIVE STATES

Army Service Corps units in five States will be

re-organised. ae. integrated Regular Army and Citizen Military

Force units.

The re-organisation is expected to be completed during

October.

Supply depot platoons to be re-designated are the 101st,

108th, 103rd, 104th,and 105th. They will become the Royal . · .

Australian Army Supply Corps' 1st (Qld); 2nd (NSW); 3rd (Vic);

4th (S.A.); and 5th (W.A. ) supply depots respectively. ■

CMF units to be disbanded under the re-organisation are;

the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Command supply depots in Qld. , N.S.'W. ,

Vic., and W.A. respectively. :

.The 2nd and 3rd supply reserve depots (CMF) in New South

Wales and Victoria will also be disbanded.

Personnel from these CMF units will be absorbed into ’

the integrated supply depots.

In Tasmania, the 106th Supplies and Transport platoon

will be raised as a regular Army unit. .
