Cram er, s a id f i g u r e s co m p iled b y Army e x p l o s i v e s e x p e r t s showed t h a t

l a r g e q u a n t i t i e s o f h i g h l y d a n g ero u s am m unition were s t i l l b e in g

d is c o v e r e d each q u a r te r .

p u b l i c h an d s.
