SENATOR STAYS WITH AUSSIE TROOPS, MEETS KHMER ROUGE LEADERS IN CAMBODIA

As the push grows for ASEAN and UN sanctions on the Khmer Rouge, NSW Senator Vicki Bourne is on her way back to Australia following a visit to Cambodia.

While in Cambodia Senator Bourne met with Khmer leaders.

Senator Bourne also met and stayed with Australian military personnel with the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC).

Senator Bourne is the Foreign Affairs Spokesperson of the Australian Democrats.
