RN PILOT KILLED I VIETNAM

A Royal Australian Navy pilot was killed in Vietnam

when his Iroquois helicopter orashed and burned north-east of

Saigon this morning (Friday).

He was Acting Sub Lieutenant Anthony Jeffrey Huelin,

. 25, who was a member of the RAN Helicopter Flight Vietnam which

is integrated with the US Army's 135th Assault Helloopter

Company.

No further details of the oi+.ownetanoes 6urrounding

the crash are yet available.

Sub - Lieutenant Huelin, who came from Toowoonba,

Queensland, joined the RAN in July, 1966. He went to the US in

NQvemlaer, 1966, for pilot training.

He had been flying in Vietnam since October last year.

Sub-Lieutenant Huelin was the fourth member of the

Naval Heiloopter Flight Vietnam to be killed in action.
