The Senate Legal and Constitutional Legislation Committee is conducting a public hearing into the Migration Legislation Amendment Bill (No. 5) 1994, which is currently before the Senate, and which was referred to the Committee by the Selection of Bills Committee on 9 March 1995.

A hearing will be held in Committee Room 2S2, Parliament House, Canberra. The hearing will commence at 11.00a.m.

The Committee intends to hear evidence from the following witnesses:

1.00pm - 2.00pm LUNCH

2.00pm Attorney-General's Department
