AUSTRALIAN ADVISER KILLED

The name of a member of the Australian Army Training Team Vietnam

(AATTV) killed in action in South Vietnam on Saturday (April 4) has been

released by Army Headquarters in Canberra.

Warrant Officer Second. Class J.G. Pettit , of North Drayton, Qld,

was killed in Kontum Province during an attack on a bunker system.

Warrant Officer Pettit's name has been withheld pending notifi-cation of next-of-kin, who have now been informed.
