At the same time as section 3 of the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre Supervisory Cost Recovery Levy Act 2011 commences. |

At the end of 6 months after section 3 of the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre Supervisory Cost Recovery Levy Act 2011 commences. |

4. Sections 10 to 16 |
At the same time as section 3 of the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre Supervisory Cost Recovery Levy Act 2011 commences. |
