This Bill seeks to repeal the Migration Legislation Amendment Act (No.6) 2001 to remove unjust restrictions placed on the definition of certain key terms used by the Federal Court and the Refugee Review Tribunal in determining refugee status, which resulted in the narrowing of eligibility for protection visas.
