Schedule 1 Item 19

 

First line - omit “in relation to federally relevant criminal activities”, substitute “in relation to a federally relevant criminal activity”.

 

Schedule 1 Item 20

 

First line - omit “in relation to a federally relevant criminal activities”, substitute “in relation to federally relevant criminal activities”.

 

Schedule 1 Item 36 - The same kind

 

Third line - omit “immediately before the date that the Act is introduced”, substitute “immediately before the day after the date that the Act is introduced”.

 

The amendments correct typographical errors in the Explanatory Memorandum.
