NOTES ON UNRELATED AMENDMENTS TO BE MOVED BY THE GOVERNMENT

 

 

Amendments 1 & 2:  Minister may seek a further report from an independent reviewer

 

These amendments insert new subclauses 36(2) and 43(2) which provide that an independent reviewer will not be personally liable for acts or omissions done in good faith (a similar provision applies to the Director - see notes on clause 19).
