Amendments to be Moved on Behalf of the Government

 

 

 

 

 

 

Item 1  technical correction

 

Item 1 makes a minor technical correction to clause 66(2)(b) to replace the reference to ‘Australian carbon credit’ units with a reference to ‘non-Kyoto international emissions’ units.

 

Item 2  reviewable decisions

 

Item 2 amends the list of reviewable decisions so that it includes a decision of the Administrator made under clause 36.
