 ADDENDUM TO THE

EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM

 

Insert new paragraph after paragraph 25 - The Administrative Arrangements will not be a Legislative Instrument for the purposes of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 ; Instruments mentioned in Schedule 1 of the Legislative Instruments Regulations 2004 are not legislative instruments for the purposes of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 (see item 24 in the table in s 7(1) of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 and r 7 of the Legislative Instruments Regulations 2004 ).

 

 

CORRECTION TO THE

EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM

Second line of paragraph 37 - after “Constitution are”, insert “not” to correct a typographical error in the Explanatory Memorandum.

First line of paragraph 43 - after “Governor General”, insert “to” to correct a typographical error.
