ITEM 209 - 211  ATSIC NOTICES AND DETERMINATIONS

 

Third line - omit “subsection 128(1)”, substitute “subsection 142AA(1)” to reflect the correction of a drafting error in the Bill.

 

ITEM 205 - 207 RIGHTS OF REVIEW OF DECISIONS BEFORE TRANSFER DAY

 

Paragraph 41,Third line - omit “item 178”, substitute “item 198” to correct a typographical error in the Explanatory Memorandum.
