Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006

1  Subparagraph 76(1)(a)(ii)

Omit “or”.

2  Subparagraph 76(1)(a)(iii)

Repeal the subparagraph.

3  Application of amendments

The amendments made by this Schedule apply to an amount received by the Commonwealth after the commencement of this item.
