Summary

Amends the Customs Act 1901 in relation to the anti-dumping regime to: establish a new appeals process in relation to decisions made by the minister and the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (the CEO); establish the International Trade Remedies Forum; and allow the CEO to seek one or more extensions of the timeframe at any point during an investigation, review of measures, continuation inquiry or duty assessment.
