Amends the Social Security Act 1991 and Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986 to provide for adjusted taxable income to include income from a superannuation stream with a taxed source (gross superannuation) and income salary sacrificed to superannuation for the purposes of qualification for the Commonwealth seniors health card.
