Summary

Introduced with the Financial Sector Legislation Amendment (Discretionary Mutual Funds and Direct Offshore Foreign Insurers) Bill 2007, the bill amends the Corporations (National Guarantee Fund Levies) Act 2001 to impose a cap on levies payable into the National Guarantee Fund (NGF) in any financial year equal to the minimum amount of the NGF determined for that year.
