Part of a package of seven bills to reform the private health insurance sector, the bill amends the Private Health Insurance (Reinsurance Trust Fund Levy) Act 2003 to update definitions as a consequence of the proposed Private Health Insurance Act 2007; and repeals the existing levy and imposes a new levy.
