Summary

Amends the: Health Insurance Act 1973 to provide for payment of benefits for hospital treatment associated with podiatric surgery; Health Insurance Act 1973 and National Health Act 1953 in relation to provision of Hospital Casemix Protocol data; National Health Act 1953 to provide for the continuing supply of pharmaceutical benefits in the event of the death of an approved pharmacist; and Health and Other Services (Compensation) Act 1995 and Health Insurance Amendment (Diagnostic Imaging, Radiation Oncology and Other Measures) Act 2003 to correct drafting errors.
