Summary

Amends the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 to provide that following elections, public funding for the Liberal Party is to be paid to the Federal Secretariat as agent of the Liberal Party of Australia, unless a notice has been lodged, prior to polling day, setting out the proportions to be paid to the State and Territory Divisions of the Liberal Party and the Federal Secretariat.
