(1) Schedule 1, page 3 (after line 20), after item 2, insert:
2A After subsection 21(2A)
Insert:
Refugee and humanitarian visa holders
(2B) A person is eligible to become an Australian citizen if the Minister is satisfied that the person holds or has been granted a refugee or humanitarian visa.
