(1)     Schedule 1, page 3 (after line 6), after item 1, insert:

1A  Subsection 7(1)

Repeal the subsection.

[remove deeming provisions exempting agencies ]

(2)     Schedule 1, page 3 (after line 6), after item 1, insert:

1B  Subsection 7(2A)

Repeal the subsection.

[remove existing exemptions for intelligence security agencies]

(3)     Schedule 1, item 2, page 3 (lines 7 to 18), item to be opposed .

[oppose ministerial exemptions for intelligence security agencies]

(4)     Schedule 1, page 13 (after line 28), at the end of the Schedule, add:

36  Division 1 of Part I of Schedule 2

Repeal the Division.
