(1)     Schedule 1, item 52, page 20 (line 21) after “following”, insert “so that all of the following are represented on the Council”.

(2)     Schedule 1, item 52, page 20 (line 30), at the end of section 20, add:

                            (ix)  a background in, and knowledge of, the trade union movement;

                             (x)  the needs of users of social welfare services;

                            (ix)  environmental issues.

(3)     Schedule 1, item 52, page 21 (after line 4), before paragraph (a), insert;

                    (aa)  to provide advice and to make recommendations to the Minister resulting from its deliberations; and
