(1)     Schedule 9, page 25 (after line 6), at the end of the Schedule, add:

Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999

7  At the end of section 10

Add:

    ; and (d)  to ensure that the speed of the service required by this section must not be less than 512 kilobits per second from the year 2010.
