(1)     Clause 2, page 2 (line 5), omit “Schedule 51 commences”, substitute “Schedules 21 and 51 commence”.

(2)     Schedule 51 (heading), page 151 (lines 2 to 4), repeal the heading, substitute:

Schedule 51 — Amendments (except for Customs Act) commencing on the day mentioned in subsection 2.2(2) of the Criminal Code
