(2)     Schedule  1 , page 4 (before line 6) , before item 8, insert:

7A  After section 61

Insert:

61A  Condition of carrier licence held by Telstra Corporation Limited

             (1)  A carrier licence held by Telstra Corporation Limited (the licensee ) is subject to the condition that, if any of the following work is undertaken by or at the request of the licensee or a subsidiary, it must be undertaken in Australia:

                     (a)  work to produce a Telstra directory;

                     (b)  work associated with or incidental to that work.

             (2)  In this section:

subsidiary means a subsidiary (within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 ) of the licensee.

Telstra directory means:

                     (a)  the alphabetical public number directory that the licensee is required by its licence conditions to produce; and

                     (b)  any of the following, if it bears a registered trademark of the licensee or a subsidiary:

                              (i)  a printed business telephone number directory;

                             (ii)  an online telephone number directory.
