(1)     Omit proposed Schedule 4, substitute:

Schedule 4—Indigenous Land Corporation

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Act 2005

1  After paragraph 191C(b)

Insert:

                   (ba)  the function of supporting native title settlements;

2  At the end of section 191C

Add:

Note:          The Native Title Act 1993 deals with making and resolving native title claims.
