(1)     Schedule 1, items 111 and 112, page 61 (lines 23 to 30), omit the items, substitute:

111  Subparagraph 17A(1)(a)(i)

Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:

                              (i)  starting on 1 July 2011; and

[waste coal mine gas eligibility from 1 July 2011]

If amendment (1) is unsuccessful, amendment (2) below to proceed:
