60A  Section 5 (definition of marriage )

Omit ‘a man and a woman’, substitute ‘two persons, regardless of their sexuality or gender identity’.

60B  Subsection 47(1)

Omit ‘a man and a woman’, substitute ‘two persons, regardless of their sexuality or gender identity’.
