Insert

 

12 (1) a.  The Minister to seek recommendations for the appointment of commissioners from fishing industry representatives.

 

Insert

 

12 (2) amended to read:  The CEO may not be appointed as the Chairperson and must not otherwise hold office as a part time commissioner.
