(Amendment to be moved in the House by Mr Andren)

 

          Clause 26, page 25 (line 6), omit the penalty, substitute:

          Maximum penalty:

(a)     in the case of a contravention of paragraph (a) - 20 penalty units; or

(b)    in the case of a contravention of paragraph (b) - imprisonment for 2 years.
