(Amendments to be moved by Mr K J Thomson)

 

(1)     Clause 13, page 13 (lines 25 to 27), omit paragraph (5)(b).

(2)     Clause 16, page 15 (after line 21) at the end of the clause, add:

             (3)  An instrument under subsection (1) is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
