Senator COTTON (NEW SOUTH WALES) -I direct my question to the Leader of the Government in the Senate on the basis that he represents the Prime Minister. Is it a fact that the Prime Minister intends to have monthly talks with the Reserve Bank and the Treasury to get their advice? Will he ask the Prime Minister to make this advice available to the Parliament in the interests of open and better government? Will he also in the public interest permit the Treasury to publish once again the information booklets containing reviews of various aspects of economic and monetary policypublications that have been discontinued in the life of the present Government?

Senator MURPHY -I will refer the question to the Prime Minister.
