Senator DAVIDSON (South Australia) - I wish to ask a further brief question of the Attorney-General in relation to clause 12 (2) (a) and (b) which refer to organisations engaged in marriage counselling. I would assume that this refers to counselling for young people or for people who are contemplating marriage. I refer to some remarks that I made at the second reading stage of this Bill concerning education programs for people of secondary school age. Would an organisation such as those referred to in clause 12 (2) (a) and (b) be one that may engage in certain education programs, retreats, camps or whatever they have for people of secondary school age? Would that be included in the submissions that the organisations make and would it draw a response from the AttorneyGeneral in relation to funds that might be available to help in this way?
