Senator Douglas McClelland (NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for the Media) - I have just discussed the amendment moved by Senator Hall with my colleague the AttorneyGeneral (Senator Murphy), within whose responsibility this matter more or less rests. He agrees with the proposition put forward by Senator Hall that the penalty of $200 as now set out in the Bill for an offence of this nature should be increased to $1,000. That being so, the Government offers no objection to Senator Hall's amendment.
