Senator MULVIHILL (New South Wales) - I was reluctant to enter the debate. I do so in order to make only one observation in relation to the previous speaker, Senator Greenwood. Over the- years he has made an incessant cry about the power of the Arbitration Commission and about elements in the community that he feels put their own rights above the public good. If ever there was such an element in the community, it is the hierarchies of the commercial broadcasting and television stations. These are the people who are not interested in the common good. That is the only comment I want to make.
