Senator GUILFOYLE (Victoria) -My question is not directly related to the amendment that has been moved but as we are dealing with sub-clause (2) I wonder whether the AttorneyGeneral (Senator Murphy) could interpret for me whether sub-clause (2) (a), reading in part the cost or likely cost of manufacture, distribution, sale or delivery', would cover such things as marketing, promotion or service facilities that may be provided in the sale of goods? Clause 49 (2) (a) of the original Bill has been amended. I wonder whether the word 'distribution' would cover such things as marketing, promotion or service facilities? Did the Government have that in mind when making the amendment?
