Senator MURPHY (New South Wales) (Attorney-General and Minister for Customs and Excise) - Live meat is not included because very little live meat is exported. That is the practical reason. I do not propose to go into the matters of contention which the honourable senator raised. I do not know their full history. I know that the honourable senator spends half his time complaining about various matters, conversations and assurances. As far as I can gather, when any of these matters are followed up, it is found that the Prime Minister (Mr Whitlam) and the Ministers have carried out their undertakings and their assurances. I think that no government has the record of performance of undertakings and of programs that this Government has. That is my answer to the honourable senator.
