The PRESIDENT -Is leave granted? There being no objection, leave is granted.

Senator COTTON -The statement I wish to make relates to the message you have just transmitted to the Senate, Mr President. If you refer to page 4326 of the House of Representatives Hansard you will find that this Bill has been incorrectly entitled, Mr President. In the House of Representatives Hansard it is entitled the 'Australian Industry Development Corporation Bill 1973'. That is not the correct title of the Bill. I suggest that all we can do is leave it to you, Mr President, to draw to the attention of the House of Representatives the correct title of the Bill under discussion.

The PRESIDENT - I presume that the message I read is correct but the Hansard report of the title of the Bill is incorrect?

Senator COTTON -Yes, Mr President.

The PRESIDENT - I will draw the attention of Hansard to the error.
