Senator MURPHY (New South WalesLeader of the Government in the Senate) - I wish to move that certain notices of motion and orders of the day be discharged. I understand that there has been a discussion among the Whips on this matter. If anyone who has not been consulted objects to the discharge of any item, he merely has to say so and that item will not be discharged. I move:
