Senator LAWRIE (QUEENSLAND) - I should like to draw the attention of the Committee to one item in group C involving the Department of Social Security. The members of the Estimates Committee were informed that a great deal of information on the Government's proposed national health scheme had been published, some had been circulated and some has been got ready to be circulated before the Bill was introduced into the Parliament. I think that, while this may not be absolutely wrong in some senses, to spend a lot of money on publicity leaflets and everything that goes with this scheme before the Bill is introduced into the Parliament is not quite right.
