Senator HANNAN (VICTORIA) - I wish to direct a question to you, Mr President. If I should ask for leave to play the proposed new anthem written by a Royal Air Force Wing Commander and if such leave were granted by the Senate, would you add your voice to that of other persons who believe that this anthem should not be excluded from the Prime Minister's ballot simply because the author is an Englishman? I inform you, Mr President, that the recording is of only one minute 's duration. Although last week you and Senator Murphy quite rightly had reservations about my singing it, I can assure you that you will find the recorded Welsh choir very impressive.
