Senator GREENWOOD (Victoria) - The Opposition does not oppose this Bill and I do not feel that this is an occasion on which a great deal needs to be said. The Bill does of course recognise and give legal effect to a body which has been operating for the greater part of this year and in respect of which a report has been tabled. The functions, the nature of which are unexceptional, are set out in the Bill. The Opposition gives its support to the measure.
