Senator Douglas McClelland (NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for the Media) - The Government has no objection to the course which has been suggested by Senator Rae in dealing with the first amendment which he proposes. But because it is an amendment that is consequential upon the other amendment to which Senator Rae has drawn the attention of the Committee, I suggest that this matter should be disposed of when we deal with amendment No. 5.

Senator Rae - That was my suggestion.

Senator Douglas McClelland (NEW SOUTH WALES) -The Government agrees with that.
