Senator Sir KENNETH ANDERSON - I wonder whether I could ask a question of you, Mr President. Will you give consideration to having erected in the Senate a large bell which will clang 3 times every time we get a Dorothy Dix question?


The PRESIDENT - I do not think it requires a bell; it requires the good sense of honourable senators to detect such questions.
