The PRESIDENT - I have received from Senator Murphy an intimation that he desires to move for the adjournment of the Senate for the purpose of discussing a matter of urgency, namely:

The implications of the Government's failure properly to notify regulations and ordinances as determined by the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory.
